Welcome to FUSION meal

We offer delicious meals at seven different food stations. Chef de cuisine Roger Lanz and his team love to indulge guests with a wide variety of culinary creations. Following the guiding principle of fusion cuisine, they combine cultures, cooking methods and characteristic ingredients from different regions of the world. We value fresh, tasty, seasonal produce, and we take sustainability and the wise handling of food products seriously. Daily menus and à la carte dishes, such as salads, sandwiches, wraps and fruit juices, are all freshly prepared on site. Whether it's a classic, a favourite dish, or a discovery from a far corner of the world, our professionals in the kitchen know how to skilfully prepare it. Come and visit us: we look forward to seeing you here! We work with United against Foodwaste and Eaternity on issues of sustainability and climate-friendly menus and then put into practice in the kitchen what we learn. Should you want to know more, we will happily infom you.

Cuisine from the Far East | From 18 to 22 November 2024

There is no single Chinese cuisine. The regional differences are enormous. From hearty in the north, sweet in the east and spicy in the south, there are countless regional cuisines. The ingredients of Chinese cuisine are just as varied as the landscape - the important thing is that everything must be fresh and that some vegetables are only fried briefly. In addition to the method of preparation, the use of various spices is typical of Chinese cuisine. Ginger, soy sauce, chilli, coriander, flower pepper, cooking wine and many other things make Chinese cuisine one of the most diverse cuisines in the world.
